(1) Focus on His faithfulness, not our flaws. Flaws can blur our vision
eg. Ruth, Elizabeth, Samaritan woman, Sarah
(2) Love God by loving family
(3) Trust God, He fights for you. Patience is part of trusting God
(4) Whatever you do, you represent God
- We depend on the strength of the Lord, not our own strength
- Listen objectively, don't be judgemental
- Clarify up misunderstanding through communication
- Teach children to make decision, don't make decision for them
- Once we do our best, leave the result to God
- God is faithful, Great is His faithfulness
Because of physological and biological madeup, women tends to be more emotional, anxious, anger, depress etc than men
Men think more on left brain (logical, realistic etc)
Women think more on both side of brain (family, emotions, soulish, logical, realistic etc)
- Learn to wait upon the Lord and rest through patience
ANT (Automatically Negative Thinking)
- We must surrender our ANT to God, know our basic contentment is in heaven above
Your teenage children need you to listen to them, not tell them what is right for them. Although most of the time we're right
