1 Corinthians 6:18-20
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
When Caught in temptation, run! Don't reason because brain will not win

How to pursue intimacy that honours God?
- Resist cultural lies with biblical truth

Intentional flee from them, avoid places or avoid situation, Avoid Digital triggers etc..
3. Set clear boundaries and guardrails
Avoid flirtatious words, do not transport opposite gender in your car
4. Find an accountability partner
One who can offer godly advise and counsels
5. Commit to your marriage covenant
Open communications
Gods boundaries are blessings and not burdens
